Known as Red Pepper Jelly in New Orleans, Voodoo Chilli Jam is a cross between a sweet chilli sauce and a ketchup. It adds a sweet yet tangy warmth to anything you add it to from pizza to shepherd’s pie, and lamb chops to bacon rolls.

Use it as a cooking ingredient to add richness and depth of flavour to bolognese, casseroles, stews and bakes. Try it as a marinade for anything in the oven from salmon to pork shoulder, and leg of lamb to roast chicken.

Voodoo Chilli Jam is handmade in London using Pure Cane Sugar and Spiced Vinegar from Britain (51%), Red Peppers and Vine Tomatoes from Belgium (35%), Garlic and Lemon Juice from Spain (5%), Habanero Chillies from Holland (4%), Red Chillies from Morocco (3%), and Ginger Root from Peru (2%). The glass jar is made in Britain.

We aim to make our products using ingredients bought and sourced as close to our local community as possible.
